Kajol shared a beautiful post for his late father Shomu Mukherjee on his birthday, on Friday. The actress posted a video to Instagram featuring flashback images of Kajol with his late father, mother Tanuja, and sister Tanishaa, along with a voiceover by the Eela helicopter Actress. “Today is my father’s birthday. What I see most now is in some photos and parts of my mirror. What I remember most is the way his eyes lit up when he saw me: he believed so fiercely in me from that moment “I was born and raised knowing that there was at least one person in this world who believed that the sun was on my shoulders,” Kajol said in the video. She added: “He believed that my hands could heal anything from a pain in head to a temper, and always wanted him to be wild and grow as big as he could imagine just because he saw it in me and me and him too. I realized that Father’s Day was so close to his birthday until he was no longer there to celebrate. “
Kajol accompanied the video with an equally adorable caption. She wrote: “So today I want to take this opportunity and tell all parents to give this precious gift to the belief of their young daughters, it is the most powerful magic that exists. Believe in your daughters so ferociously that they know it, that’s what they should be looking for in the world and they should never settle for less. Don’t be pressured by society, family or anything else.
